Dane made everything so easy

The communication was my biggest issue with this transaction. I provided very detailed communication and timelines for the DALP requirements and I was not provided updates unless requesting them multiple times. Multiple deadlines were missed due to lack of urgency, lack of asking for my assistance in obtaining certain items and overall mishandling of the loan. I was not satisfied with how this transaction was processed and I know it was your first DALP loan. I would recommend more detailed communication in the future and very strict adherence to the deadlines.

Kerry was great when talking to him on the phone. He always answered or responded quickly and gave me the information I needed at the time. The only issue I had is we did not did find out about a problem with the appraisal until two days before the closing date. I asked about the appraisal almost two weeks prior and I was told it was fine and came in at value. I am not sure if the late notification on the appraisal was due to an internal issue with your company or Kerry not telling me when it was actually discovered. Anyway, we closed late due to the issue.
